  1. Book – Easily schedule your appointment via our online booking tool. We’ll confirm your booking ahead of our visit.
  2. Test – Our optometrist arrives at your scheduled appointment time, with prior notice. They’ll carry out a comprehensive eye test in the comfort of your home, typically lasting 30–45 minutes.
  3. Advice – Receive expert guidance on eye health, vision correction, and personalised recommendations. If required, we’ll assist with selecting and dispensing glasses tailored to your specific needs.
  4. Deliver – Your new glasses are delivered and adjusted for a perfect fit. We also offer aftercare services to address any queries or adjustments.

Note: We currently offer a private only service; our General Ophthalmic Services (i.e. ~NHS) contract application is under review pending approval. Until this point, care home residents are welcome to book into our service as private patients.

  2. Test – Our optometrist arrives at the scheduled appointment time to conduct thorough eye tests for care home residents. Each resident receives a comprehensive exam, delivered with patience and compassion, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
  3. Advice – Residents receive personalised eye health advice and vision correction recommendations, along with tailored management plans and follow-up care. We work closely with care home administrators and managers to ensure seamless communication about residents’ eye care needs and any ongoing support. If necessary, we also assist with spectacle selection and dispensing.
  4. Deliver – Prescription glasses are delivered and adjusted for a perfect fit, ensuring optimal vision and comfort. We also offer aftercare services to address any queries or adjustments.
